Transforming Farm Buildings into Stunning Yorkstone Homes

Over the course of 10 years, we undertook the development of seven exquisite Yorkstone houses, blending the charm of converted farm buildings with carefully designed new builds. This ambitious transformation wasn’t without its challenges, as we faced multiple hurdles in securing planning permission. However, our persistence paid off.

We personally designed all the schemes, working closely with talented architects and construction teams to bring our vision to life. The result was a collection of homes that seamlessly combined tradition and modernity.

All seven properties were successfully sold, several through our own sales efforts, achieving excellent profit margins and exceeding expectations.
